Right of Withdrawal & Return and Refund Policy – Amorate
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Amorate, Email: info@amoratestore.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse reimbursement until:
- we have received the goods back, or
- you have provided proof that you have returned the goods
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Cost of Return
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
Condition of Goods
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- individually manufactured or personalized products
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You can return products within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return:

Send us clear and easily recognizable photos of the product received and the packaging.
The photos are part of our standard return verification process and are required for us to check the condition of the received goods and provide you with the appropriate return information.

Refunds

- you have provided proof of shipment
Damaged or Faulty Products
Should a product arrive damaged or faulty:
