Right of Withdrawal & Return and Refund Policy – Amorate
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Amorate, email: info@amoratestore.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).
To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse repayment until:
- we have received the goods back, or
- you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.
Cost of Returns
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
Condition of Goods
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- individually manufactured or personalized products
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You can return products within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us with your order number
- State the reason for the return

Upon your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your order and the responsible logistics center.
Please do not send any goods back to us without prior confirmation, as this may lead to delays or problems with assignment.
Please wait for our confirmation before returning the goods.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after:
- we have received the goods, or
- you have provided proof of shipment.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Should a product arrive damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 48 hours
- Send us clear photos of the issue
Upon confirmation, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
